Lindsay Lohan in jail again for violating probation rule.

Lindsay Lohan must start serving a 30-day jail term next week after admitting that she violated her probation on a necklace theft conviction, a Los Angeles County judge ordered Wednesday. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner warned the troubled actress that she would receive plenty of jail time if she slips up again.

"Do you admit you violated probation by failing to obey all orders of the court?" the judge asked Lohan, who calmly answered: "Yes your honor." Sautner gave Lohan a 270-day suspended sentence for violating her probation for jewelry theft and drunk driving but Lohan was ordered to follow a strict schedule of community service and psychotherapy sessions.

"The first time you violate, you go to jail," Sautner said. "No appeal, right?"


The forthcoming stint behind bars for violating the terms of her probation could scuttle the star half-a-million dollar deal as the face for German designer Philipp Plein’s 2012 campaign. According to an inside source Lohan was contracted to make an appearance in Dusseldorf, Germany as early as November 15 – which now looks to be in serious jeopardy. “I don’t know how this is all going to play out,” said the source. “But if she doesn’t make the designated appearances, she is going to lose a whole bunch of money.”

Fred Couples, an American professional golfer, brought Jordan along to the last Presidents Cup golf tournament in San Francisco, and signed him up again for the Nov. 17-20 matches at Royal Melbourne. The Chicago Bulls great was to be an assistant captain with Jay Haas. Jordan had to back out as the NBA continues its lockout of players. Couples replaced him with John Cook.

He said in a statement, “With the NBA labor situation unsettled, as the majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats, I feel it is necessary that I remain in the country.” Jordan has been a regular at the Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup over the years, often sitting in a golf cart with a cigar as he watched the matches. He was in an honorary role in San Francisco, but was a big hit with the players.

Hessler had once dated Gadhafi's son, Mutassim, and recently told the Italian magazine Diva e Donna that the Gadhafi family members are "not as they have been described" and were "normal people." The model-turned-actress also said she was crying for Libya, adding that the rebels are "people who don't know what they're doing".

According to social media statistics site Fame Count Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber has broken a YouTube record - he recently became the first person to have his videos viewed 2 billion times on his official channel. He is now officially the most popular artist on YouTube.com. The previous big milestone was when Lady Gaga reached 1 billion views back in 2010.

The 17-year-old Canadian singer, who released his new Christmas album, "Under the Mistletoe," on Tuesday, November 1, beat artists such as Lady Gaga, Eminem, Britney Spears and the late Michael Jackson. He broke the record over the weekend, according to Famecount.com, an internet research firm that measures celebrity trends and social networking statistics.

Bieber also holds the world record for the most popular video on YouTube with his breakout 2010 single "Baby," which has been viewed more than 650 million times since it was posted in February of that year.

Meanwhile, Bieber says he is "experimenting" with his new album after releasing his "Under the Mistletoe" Christmas album which released on November 1 . "I'm about halfway through," he told USA Today. "I'm experimenting. Megan Fox debuts famous annual project Broadway for one night only

The "Transformers" star Megan Fox is bound to famous annual project Broadway for one night only this November 11 when she stars alongside other Hollywood celebrities (actors, writers and directors) in the hit “24 Hour Plays” project.

In the production 24 stars team up with six writers, six directors and two musical guests to product six plays, one day later the actors perform them in front of a live audience. Jesse Eisenberg, Julia Stiles, John Krasinski, Jason Biggs, Tracy Morgan, Jack McBrayer, Sarah Silverman and Woody Harrelson are also among the 24 actors taking part.

Kristen Stewart has been busy giving interviews about her experience shooting "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1," including what it was like to shoot sex scenes with her off-screen beau and co-star Robert Pattinson. It is already known that the scene was originally given an R rating. The scene has even re-Cut for PG-13.

The movie, the first part of the fourth installment in the fantasy romance series, hits theaters on November 18. "It was so weird, it didn't even feel like we were doing a 'Twilight' film," Stewart said. "I was like, 'Bella! What are you doing? Wow! What is happening here?!' It was very surreal. We [originally] got rated R. They recut it."
