Dianna Agron split with Sebastian Stan: fresh flirt begins

Quinn Fabray on the television series 'Glee' Dianna Agron and her boyfriend 'Captain America: The First Avenger' star Sebastian Stan split from one another, according to the New York Post. The break up is because of the pressures of having a long-distance relationship. A source told the New York Post, “Long distance wasn’t working.”

One insider also said that Agron and Stan broke up because she was "super jealous" of any woman who appeared too close to Stan "She was always worried that he was cheating on her while he was away filming," the source tells Us. "But he never would!"

The 25 year-old actress and singer first began dating with "Gossip Girl" actor Stan, 28, in late May, just months after Agron split with her "volatile" ex Alex Pettyfer, her costar in I Am Number Four.

Agron is now spending her days in Los Angeles to film episodes of the hit TV show “Glee” but soon she will be flying to New York to observe Christmas day with her mom. Dianna Agron recently has attended the dinner party of the NYLON and Express Celebration of the December/January issue held at The Writer’s Room on Wednesday night (December 7) in Los Angeles. The Nylon Magazine features the actress on the cover in January 2012 issue.

As she is now single lots of people may try to flirt her. 90210's Trevor Donovan is one of them as "Trevor spent the night(Nylon celebration night) flirting with Dianna, who really didn't seem interested," an onlooker tells Us Weekly.

Lindsey Vonn didn't let the World Cup Super-G tittle go away from home

Lindsey Vonn after winning the tittle
Beaver Creek has become a history for Lindsey Vonn and will remain as an inspiration as long as she is in skiing. Yes on Wednesday Beaver Creek, Colo., course Lindsey Vonn has captured her first World Cup win on U.S. slopes by taking a super-G in front of a big crowd that was cheering her with ringing cow bells. This is  the resort in which she was raised.

She emerged victorious again to thrill more than 2,000 spectators, including dozens of Vail Valley (She is also from that Vail) kids who skipped school for the epic occasion. Upon crossing the finish line and seeing her time, Vonn pumped her ski poles in jubilation, which riled up the raucous hometown crowd even more. It is her her fifth win out of seven races this season and she is third most successful skier in the women's World Cup.

“One of my best races of my career,” Vonn said after winning the first women's race on the Birds of Prey. “Getting a chance to win at home, with a home crowd here, it’s just more than I could’ve expected.” "I woke up feeling nervous and anxious and excited," Vonn, 27, said becoming the first U.S. skier to win four consecutive World Cup races.

The Birds of Prey was designed in 1997 by Swiss Bernhard Russi for the 1999 world championships in Vail, and Vonn was among the volunteers who worked on the piste. The course became a classic of the men's calendar but was not retained for the women's World Cup.
Before her Austria's Renate Goetschl won three world cup tittles and she retired in 2009.

Erin Andrews has filed a lawsuit again for $10 against the stalker and Hotel

ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews has filed a lawsuit again against the man named Michael Barrett who pleaded guilty to videotaping her while naked through a peephole and the Nashville Marriott Hotel where the incident took place in 2008. Erin Andrews wants a payback of $10 million in damages for what happened at the West End Marriott Hotel, near the Vanderbilt campus, according to the Tennessean.

Andrews is suing this Nashville-area hotel for $6 million and the man who pleaded guilty to illicitly filming her, for $4 million. Andrews originally filed a lawsuit in 2010 against the hotels for giving out her room number to her stalker and against the stalker himself. Barrett pleaded guilty to filming the ESPN star naked and was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in federal prison. According to court records obtained by Reuters, Andrews refiled the lawsuit to make sure the statute of limitations did not run out.

"I've filed this lawsuit to hold accountable those who put my personal safety at risk and who allowed my privacy to be invaded while I was a guest at their hotel as well as for actually stalking me and making my most personal moments public," Andrews said in an initial statement after the lawsuit was filed.

Pusuke, world's oldest living dog in Japan, yielded at the age of 26 years and 9 months

Pusuke
The world's oldest living dog named Pusuke who is in the list of Guinness Book of World Records at last yielded and passed away in Japan at the age of 26 years and 9 months. 26-years-and-nine-months-old would make him 182-years-old in human years. The IBTimes reports that Pusuke was almost killed in a car crash in 2008. The dog underwent surgery and lived another three years.

According to WebMD, the general rule to convert dog years to human years it to multiply the dog’s age by seven. (This is a simplified equation, according to WebMD. To get the dog’s accurate age in human years you have to take breed and size into consideration.)

The owner of the dog Yumiko Shinohara reportedly said that her dog died peacefully at home on Monday after his owner returned from running errands, according to Kyodo news. Shinohara also said her beloved pet had been healthy and active until Monday, when he began struggling for breath. She said, "I think [Pusuke] waited for me to come home."

This male crossbreed dog was certified as the world's oldest living dog by the Guinness Book of Records last December and could have created another record, had it lived for two years and eight months more. The record for the oldest dog, dead or alive, is currently held by an Australian cattle-dog, Bluey, who was put to sleep in November 1939. Bluey was 29 years and five months old at the time of his death.

Karina Smirnoff engagement with Detroit Tiger player Brad Penny called off.

Ukrainian professional ballroom dancer and 'Dancing with the Stars' champion professional partner in the thirteenth season Karina Smirnoff, 30 and her pro baseball player fiancé Brad Penny, 33, are calling off their engagement of more than a year, E! Online reports.

In October, the duo "postponed" their wedding, according to a source. At the time, they were "still together, but [had] conflicting schedules." There were already some rumblings that there was trouble in paradise when the "DWTS" champion and her MLB Pitcher fiance delayed their wedding earlier this year. At the time they blamed conflicts with their schedules for making it difficult to plan the grand affair. It is also clear from the fact that she never once mentioned Penny on stage and Penny was never spotted in attendance.

It is the second time this kind of incident happened. Before coming close with Detroit Tigers player Brad Penny in 2009 she ended her relationship with fellow DWTS pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

However Smirnoff has some other exciting news! She is filming an episode of upcoming new ABC sitcom "Don't Trust the B**** in Apartment 23" (we've seen the pilot, BTW, and we loved it). "The exciting news is happening today! I'm shooting an episode of ABC's new show Apt23! Can't wait!" she tweets.

Lawyer Robert Barnett representing Amanda Knox for her book to publish

The American student Amanda Knox who spent four years in an Italian jail as a convict of killing her British flatmate, will be represented by Washington-based lawyer and literary agent Robert Barnett to talk with publishers about the book telling the world her side of the story about her saga of being wrapped up in an Italian murder trial that caught the world's eye.

Knox, 24, was convicted in December 2009 of the murder of her British roommate Meredith Kercher in Italy. She has been cleared of murder and freed from prison in October after a court overturned her murder conviction because of unreliable DNA evidence.

Mr Barnett is a high-powered attorney and behind-the-scenes operator who also negotiated former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's contract with Fox News. She also has brokered book deals for President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, many other persons in high position.

"[Barnett will] represent her in discussions with various book publishers who have expressed an interest in Amanda writing a book," David Marriott, the Seattle public relations specialist hired by the Knox family during her trial told CNN by e-mail. "Mr. Barnett will also assist Amanda and her family in evaluating other opportunities as well."

Gosselin in Lus Vegus marathon
TLC reality star Kate Gosselin took to the streets to take part in the Zappos.com Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon on Sunday, December 4. It includes a run down the world famous Vegas strip. The marathon, benefiting the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, is apparently took longer than she had hoped as the former Kate Plus 8 (cancelled) star and mother of eight children finished the run in 4 hours, 59 minutes and 21 seconds. Kate bundled up on an unusually cold night for Las Vegas, wearing a top that read “Finishing Is Winning.”

“I’m not one to do anything lightly,” After the race Gosselin told PEOPLE, “I either do it or I kill it. I guess this is considered killing it.”

"I'm running this because I want to show that with dedication and determination anything is possible. I want them to remember this moment when their mom completed a marathon, knowing that nothing in life should stop them from attaining their goals," Gosselin adds. "This will probably be one of the most painful messages I will ever impart to them."

During the event, American Idol finalist Casey Abrams and Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready performed to promote the cause.
