"Stoner": Miley Cyrus branded herself with it on her birth day party

Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana, Miley Ray Cyrus has reached her 19 on November 23, 2011. She made a startling confession at her birthday party at Beacher's Madhouse inside L.A.'s Roosevelt Hotel Tuesday branding herself a 'stoner.' This 19-year-old MTV Movie Award for Best Song from a Movie and kids choice and Teen choice award winner star joked that she smokes "way too much weed" -- slang for marijuana -- when her pals presented with a Bob Marley birthday cake.

"This is amazing. You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much [expletive] weed," Cyrus said in the video which is widely circulated during the weekend. "I thought salvia was your problem, man," Kelly Osbourne, 27, said. referring to an incident in which Cyrus was photographed smoking the herb, which can have hallucinogenic effects, out of a bong at her 18th birthday party.

In 2010 Miley was captured on camera smoking out of a bong which she denied at the time was marijuana. She instead claimed that she was smoking the legal hallucinogen, salvia. However, her rep insisted Miley was joking: 'It's all been taken out of context. The cake was a joke and Miley's response was intended to be sarcastic.' Kelly who is singer's rep and host of the party later took to her Twitter page to defend Miley, saying that it was all a joke.

"Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her Bob Miley as a JOKE! the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!" Osbourne said in her online message. "u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think"

Whatever! the most important thing about her is that we see her supporting 'Occupy Wall Street' in her new remix song “Liberty Walk” that features footage from the ongoing protest.
